Payment Policies

Full payment is due at time of registration.  


A one time per year (July 1st to June 30th) insurance/registation fee of $30 plus HST is due upon registration and is non-refundable.

HST is applied to all fees. 


No refunds after:

October 1st for the fall session, 

March 1st for the spring session.  

Five full business days notice are required to receive a camp refund.

No refunds for missed classes.  Make-up classes are not guaranteed but we will do our best to find you a spot if space allows.

Make-up classes are not provided for planned closures as you have not been charged for these classes.

No refunds due to exceptional circumstances including but not limited to severe weather, flooding, outbreaks etc.

For on-line registrations, we accept MasterCard and Visa.

For in-person registrations, we accept cash, cheque, debit, MasterCard and Visa.
