Great First Qualifier!!

Congratulations to Desiree, Alisha, Sarah, Bailey, Alex, LeeAnn and Colleen for their great performances at their first gymnastics qualifier of the season at Pickering Athletic Centre.

Our athletes got into the spirit of the meet's theme of Hockey Night at the Gym, and marched in in their hockey gear.  A great big thank you to Cindy and Lauren for supplying the "gear".

Alisha placed 6th on beam, Sarah placed 5th on floor, Bailey placed 1st on vault, 5th on bars and beam, 6th on floor and 4th overall, Alex placed 4th on vault and 5th on bars, LeeAnn placed 1st on bars, and Colleen placed 2nd on vault, 4th on bars, 5th on floor, and 5th overall. And a great big congratulations to Desiree who gave a gutsy performance at her very first qualifier and is Birchmount Gymnastic's first 10 year old to go to a qualifying meet!!
